Key features

  • Color ≤10 Hazen — suitable for light and transparent systems
  • Difunctional: faster polymerization and higher crosslink density
  • Low shrinkage, good acid and alkali resistance
  • Low odor

Typical applications

  • Light-colored UV coatings and inks
  • Photoresist / solder resist inks
  • Vacuum metallizing base coats
  • Optical and electronic adhesives
  • Dental composites (industrial grade — separate evaluation required)

FAQ

Why is KM2120 so much lighter in color?

Esterification and purification are controlled to minimize residual phosphoric acid and colored by-products, keeping Hazen below 10 for yellowing-sensitive systems.

Can KM2120 be used in optical adhesives?

It is a candidate, but ionic impurities, haze and yellowing must be evaluated. Request batch COA and ion data, then run a pilot.
