FAQ
What is the difference between KM2130 and KM2110?
KM2110 has a higher acid value and stronger adhesion but is more brittle. KM2130 carries an alkyl chain, with medium acid value (190–250) and much better flexibility and humid-heat resistance — better for thermal cycling.
Why does flexibility help adhesion?
The coating and substrate have different thermal expansion coefficients. A flexible interphase buffers cure shrinkage and thermal stress, which reduces delamination.
